Peer Led Sit

By September 1, 2023 No Comments

Our peer led group meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month

“A sangha is a community of friends practicing the dharma together in order to bring about and to maintain awareness. The essence of a sangha is awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony and love.” – THICH NHAT HANH

One of the most important elements of Buddhist practice is being in community with fellow spiritual practitioners. Together, we create safety and strength through the sangha as we support one another on the path. Please join us for a bi-monthly sit from 10-11:15am that will include a brief intro and an approximately 30-40min silent sit.

Where: Thymele Arts (in the California Room)

5481 Santa Monica Blvd., East Hollywood, CA 90029
There is street parking and an underground paid garage parking garage around the corner at 1110 N. Western Ave.

Suggested donation is $15 to pay the rent. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
