Mindfulness, Compassion, Gratitude, Meditation & More

Thursdays 5-6 PM PT

Resilience is the capacity and flexibility with which we meet life. It’s made of interrelated and complimentary skills. Each week we learn and practice one skill. We start with an exploration of the skill and how it might help, then we practice the skill, and then we have time for questions and answers to help you personalize your practice. Led by Frank Baird, LMFT, LPCC and UCLA Mindful Awareness Center Trained Meditation Facilitator. He is physically located in Woodland Hills Service Area, Thousand Oaks Department of Psychiatry but available everywhere online.
