One of the most important elements of Buddhist practice is being in community with fellow spiritual practitioners. Together, we create safety and strength through the sangha as we support one another on the path. Please join us for a bi-monthly sit from 10-11:15am pm that will include a brief intro and an approximately 30-40min silent sit.
