This morning will provide a space for all of us to come together and rest in stillness after the events of the last week. Sometimes we need support to feel all the feels and today we will take the time to be with each other, share and spend time in walking and sitting meditation. Thich Nhat Hanh said the next Buddha will be the Sangha – when we come together in care and love, we are free.
