We look to the new year as a time of new beginnings and this morning provides an opportunity to reconnect and recommit to your practice. Give yourself the gift of time to quiet the mind and let go of the stories and habitual patterns of thinking that hang out without being noticed. There will be sitting and walking meditation, dharma and conversation. There will be an opportunity to set an intention for the new year as well.
Suitable for everyone.

COST: Sliding Scale of $15 – $35. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
